Job Description : Oracle Finance Functional Lead

Skill competencies:
- Implementation Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud and Purchasing is mandatory
- Design and lead developments in BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle BPM, Data conversion and Interfaces
- Strong skills in Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, File Based Data Loader (FBDL) and Web Services
- Multiple end-to-end implementations in Aviation, Communications, Hi-tech, Banking, Manufacturing and Retail
- Involved in Design workshop, CRP, SIT, UAT, Production cut over, Go-Live and Application Maintenance Support
- Collaborate well with project management, business analysts, business users and department management teams
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent

  Experience with 10+ years in Oracle ERP Financials which includes 2-3 years of Fusion Cloud experience

  Experience with Good in testing of Business Processes in Financial modules

  Experience with global delivery teams (Onshore, Off-shore resources)
