Job Description : Oracle EBS - Senior Technical Consultant

  Design, development, and testing of :

• Determine requirements by interviewing client personnel, reviewing documentation, and facilitating working sessions
• Recommends develops and executes plans for solutions based on business requirements
• Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements
• Prepare and present project updates to PM/ Executive Management
• Create business process models based on the requirements
• Work with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and work with various teams (in an offshore-onsite model) to handle the integration and acceptance testing
• Lead the Design workshop, CRP, SIT, UAT, Production cut over, Go-Live and Application Maintenance Support
• Design and lead developments
• Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client’s unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit
• Use Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates, and method and be able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand data improvement and focus area of business for Information Management
• Collaborate well with project management, business analysts, business users and department management teams

  Experience with Has overall experience of 10+ years in Oracle EBS

  Experience with 3 to 5 years in EBS Process Manufacturing Module

  Experience with 3 to 5 years in any Oracle EBS modules like Inventory, OM, Purchasing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable

  Experience with Oracle PL/SQL is must

  Experience with Oracle BI (XML) Publisher reports, Oracle Application Framework is preferable

  Experience with EBS Integration projects is highly preferable

  Experience with various phases of the projects like Design, development, Testing & Deployment is a must and exposure to preparing Design & Testing is highly preferable.

  Experience with global delivery teams (Onshore, Off-shore resources)

  Experience with Collaborate well with project management, business analysts, business users and department management teams

  Experience with Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team

  Experience with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
